Every finished piece has an unseen life—something remembered, observed, questioned, or felt long before it takes form. The HC Journal is where I share that life: where an idea began, why it stayed with me, how it changed through the process, and what I was searching for while making it.

These entries are my Perspectives. They are not declarations of truth, but invitations to look closer, consider another point of view, and perhaps recognize something of your own.

The Journal will move at a human pace. Each Perspective will be considered and made with care, then shared when an idea has stayed with me long enough that I feel it is worth passing on to you. I hope, over time, this becomes a closer circle around Hunter Christian—a community connected to the thoughts, intentions, and discoveries behind the work. Those within it will also be among the first to discover selected releases, works in development, and occasional pieces shared only here.
